Rs50 Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rs50 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by rs50. These terms take effect from the date you register or first use the platform, whichever comes earlier. 2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of rs50 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. rs50 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. Please contact rs50 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the rs50 platform. rs50 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the rs50 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

You are prohibited from:

• Using automated software or methods to access or exploit the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Uploading or distributing content that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of the law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to rs50's systems or data.

Rs50 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the rs50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods supported by the platform, including local online banking and approved e-wallets.

Rs50 does not bear any processing fees charged by third-party financial institutions. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details you provide are accurate and belong to you. Fund withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the identity verification process.

Rs50 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or violating platform policies. In such cases, rs50 will notify the relevant user and may require supporting documents before the transaction is reprocessed.

Any bonuses or promotional credits awarded by rs50 are subject to separate wagering requirements that will be specified at the time the offer is issued. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the stated conditions.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Rs50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, business interruption, or any other damages, even if rs50 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from rs50.

The rs50 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. rs50 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Rs50 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated any applicable law. Where an account is suspended for verification purposes, any legitimate funds will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

Rs50 reserves the right to terminate or modify any of its services at any time without prior notice. In the event of material changes to these Terms & Conditions, rs50 will endeavour to notify users through available communication channels.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
